Tropical Fever

Since the tropics are here to visit us in London there is no longer a need to jet off to another country to chase after the sun. The sun is here at our doorsteps and its hot. Unpredictably enough it is hot everyday! Not only are we spoilt with good weather but this tropical disposition has left me yearning for rain and cooling winds. Neither of which I consider my friend.

It does however, call for a tropical explosion in my wardrobe. I am completely obsessed with yellow right now; in all its glorious hues. Yellow is the ultimate mood enhancing colour and bright yellow trousers are a great way to make a bold statement without looking over dressed. A structured pair with some detail work great with prints.

The 'basket bag' trend seems to show no sign of abating this season and rightly so. I love these purely for the fact that I can take a life's worth of essentials in this bag with me. Its a great alternative for a hold all, although depends on what size you opted for. With an abundance of styles available on the market, we are just a tad bit spoilt for choice.
