TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
Bones & Heels provides world class art direction and Styling services.
Bones & Heels is operated by Creative Director & Owner Miss Bones.
The terms and conditions are between Bones & Heels and the client using the services of Bones & Heels. The client covenants and agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein.
Bones & Heels privacy promise - We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission,
All personal client information including contact details or any other personal information given through the consultation process or at any other time thereafter will never be disclosed.
Bones & Heels has a highly varied clientele through a well established reputation built on professionalism, customer loyalty and trust. Any stylists or stylist present on set intends to uphold the best standards of practice. Bones & Heels requires anywhere between 3 to 14 days notice depending on the scale of the project. Bones & Heels reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We accept payment of cash, Paypal, or a direct bank transfer.
All clients receive a 1 hour consultation with the stylist at a flat rate of £60. To secure your booking thereafter a 50% deposit is required from the client.
The client will need to settle their outstanding balance one day before intended shoot day. This can be in the form of cash or electronic transfer but all electronic funds must be transferred at least 5 working days before shoot day.
Payment for goods purchased & collected by the stylist on behalf of their client need to be paid for by their client prior to the shoot.
In the case of Lookbooks & Campaigns the Stylist must be provided with a budget for any items that need to be purchased on behalf of the client for the shoot.
All payments can be made in the form of a cash payment or electronic transfer but funds will need to clear before stylist purchases any goods on behalf of the client.
The stylist agrees to provide all receipts of purchases to the client.
REFUNDS
The deposit is non-refundable.
Items purchased by the stylist within a departmental store, for the shoot can be refunded or exchanged within 28 days. (Depending on refund policy)
Any items purchased by a Bones & heels stylist for their client, within a boutique, can only be exchanged within the time specified by the boutique.
DELIVERIES
Any Deliveries arranged through PR firms, designers, showrooms and or the stylist may incur a charge. All charges will be left to the discretion of the showrooms/ studios and or the stylist.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your appointment for any reason. However, the stylist will need to be notified 48 hours prior to your appointment.
In the event of a cancellation, the client will be offered an alternative date to reschedule their appointment. All deposits and or fees paid to the stylist will not be refunded to the client.

LIMITAION OF LIABILITY
An insurance fee is chargeable in order to insure the safety of any loaned samples and purchased items on set. This will be discussed and paid before the shoot. This fee covers the total cost of all the products on set
In the case of damage and or harm to the products on set that is not under the stylists direct control, the client is liable to pay the full rrp cost of the intended product or products.
The stylist will not be liable for any loss or damage in circumstances where:
i. deliveries have been organised by stores or boutiques
ii. a client miss-handles goods or damages goods purchased
ii. Bones & Heels will not be held responsible for faulty or damaged goods.
iii. The stylist will not be responsible for the misplacement of any products on goods on set unless in direct control.
iv. Refunds do not affect payment to the stylist and terms are agreed prior to the shoot.
v. A late payment fee of £100 pounds is chargeable for every week of payment being delayed.
TRAVEL
In the event of styling appointments based across the UK, in London or abroad, all travel costs for the stylist and or assistant must be covered by the client.
All travel costs need to be paid to Bones & Heels before the shoot date (for UK based bookings). For bookings abroad, all travel costs need to be paid by the client to Bones & Heels 7 days before the intended date of booking. In the event of styling appointments based across the UK other than in London, all accommodation costs (if required) need to be covered by the client.
All accommodation costs need to be paid from the client in question to Bones & Heels 72hrs or earlier the booking date (for UK based bookings). For bookings abroad, all accommodation costs need to be paid from the client in question to Style Icon 7 days before the appointment date.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a UK based stylist at least 72hrs before the booking date.
A 50% deposit is required to secure an international stylist 7 days before the booking date.
